Election Day

Election Day is determined by the public people, they vote to their decisions. Election day happens on a tuesday, the day after the first monday of November.

The states that have election day as a civic holiday are, Delaware, Hawaii, Kentucky, Montana, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, West Virginia, and Puerto Rico.

Election Day is held on a tuesday because it did not interfere with Biblical Sabbath, a day of worship and rest, and market day.
